    We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administration Assistant Intern to support our team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to learn. The intern will play a vital role in ensuring smooth administrative operations, gaining valuable experience in a dynamic work environment.

    Your Role

    As the Administration Assistant Intern at LYNEports, you will work closely with our administrative team to support daily operations. You will assist in managing schedules, organizing meetings, handling correspondence, and maintaining records. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in administrative tasks while supporting our growing company in the advanced air mobility and infrastructure planning sector.

    Your Qualifications
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

    • Strong organizational and time management skills.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

    • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

    • Eagerness to learn and contribute to the team.
